Sorting

Sorting is the segregation process where goods are segregated into their own
categories. We receive Credential (Original bales) & Mix Rags from UK &
USA. These original bales have all qualities mixed (the good, the bad and the
ugly). Once the goods are unloaded from the container, the clothing is
distributed to sorting stations where our staff separates the items into
individual categories with the help of conveyor belt such as pants, shirts,
dresses, shorts, jackets, children's clothes, etc. Once separated, these items
are moved to the next level which is grading stations, where they will be now
graded into A, B and C category as per the quality standards and parameters
set by the company.
