Grading

Grading is the process in which the best of the best is hand-picked from the mixed lot
received from the container. Each grading station is responsible for determining the
quality of each item and making sure each piece of clothing matches our company’s
fixed standard and customer's quality requirements. The best thing about Liberty is that
never hire graders directly, we always hire people with zero knowledge about grading.
The moment they are hired, their training program starts and they work initially as
quality inspectors. We have a pile of faulty garments which we always keep in record as
FAULT REFERENCE and during training, show our quality team those garments so that
The get familiarized with each and every fault that can come in front of them during
inspection. Once these individuals have hands-on experience about faults and defects
(minor and major), they are now ready to join the grading team at the grading stations.
Now the goods are graded into Cream, A, B and C categories and are ready for quality
check.
